COMPETITION LAW AND POLICY

The participants will be able to:
• Explain the necessity of developing and adapting existing competition law and policy
• Analyse the fundamental data underlying competition law and policy in relation to other branches of political economy and in the context of state law
• Monitor the evolution of their institutional and juridical structures
• Establish the relation between what exists and what is necessary and consequently, to consider, apply or help apply the useful reforms in the domain of national competition policies
